I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, from the security team to the restaurant staff. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The level of professionalism displayed by all the staff members was truly impressive. I am grateful for their generosity and cannot thank them enough.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

i had a really nice stay and will be back! have a drink at the beach bar. i loved the service and rooms and decent prices. the airport was 16 miles away.

The hotel's location seems convenient for exploring the area, as it is situated near a park and close to other attractions. the beach, while with some seaweed, maintains a shallow and sandy seabed that can be great for families. Rooms were tidied on a daily basis and the staff was kind and professional, making the stay pleasant.
Some of the hotel's practices are not up to standards, such as prohibiting women from swimming with burkinis, when other hotels worldwide allow for it.

During our city break, we had a great time at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we were pleased with the amenities offered. The pool was particularly inviting, and we enjoyed lounging in the sun with a refreshing cocktail. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and the beach just a short walk away. The all-inclusive deal was also a great perk, giving us plenty of options for meals and drinks.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and we often felt ignored or overlooked. the food options were not very varied, and we often found ourselves eating out instead of dining at the hotel.

Amazing food, the best point of the hotel. Friendly and helpful restaurant staff. Big territory and clean hotel overall. Rooms cleaned well daily. Nice beach with shallow sea, good for kids.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had an enjoyable stay with great food, friendly staff, and a clean hotel. The restaurant staff was particularly helpful. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and my room was cleaned well every day. The location was convenient, and the hotel had parking available.
